Kay Nilsson is a Miami raised poet currently attending the University of San Francisco,  where he attempts to cure diasporic Blues through family recipes. Kay has featured at slams and shows across the Bay Area from "Donde Esta Mi Gente" the Latino poetry and literature festival, to the San Francisco Queer Open Mic, and The Bawdy Storytelling Show.
