Vallejo raised and Oakland rooted, Lindsey Adams is a Black-Korean writer and zinemaker. Her growing collection of poetry, short stories and two personal zines weave together her reflections and shifts in relation to home, history, and identity. She comes from storytelling traditions shaped by kitchen table conversations over shared pots of Shin Ramen, tucked in hands of Spades, and refined over the course of many late-night parking lot hypes from the Bay to L.A. She has shared her stories around the Bay Area since 2012 in Stories of Queer Diaspora, the Write of Way Literary Festival, Quiet Lightning, Get Lit, APAture 2016, and Queer Rebels Fest 2017.
